They are pretty common. You can buy them mostly anywhere accessories are sold, f21, charlotte russe, etc.

IDK when I hear beret, I think of Monica Lewinsky, but that's what they called it. They said you could get it at Urban Outfitters.

I don't know of this specific hat, but the style is very common and can be bought on the streets here in NY for like $8. They have a lot of them at Urban Outfitters.
