i bought a jessica kagan cushman from regencies.com and two of them from neiman marcus. the bracelets from neiman markus came with a JKC plastic bag as well as a red cloth pouch for the bracelet. whereas, the the regencies.com bracelet only came with the plastic baggie. that's the only experience i've had with regencies.com, so if i couldn't be of more help. why not email their customer service dept.?
