Exactly what the title says!

I'm curious, what are some of the perks of your former and/or present job?

Some of mine:
Free $$$ towards transportation or paid parking (e.g. parking pass for a garage over on 4th/5th mission)
$300 towards gym membership yearly
Paid sabbatical for every 5 years
Heavily discounted goods / software
Free lunch on the daily

We have some very generous perks (although salaries tend to be below market average): 7% 401k match, 28 PTO days, fitness reimbursement, student loan assistance, health center and fitness center on-site and, my favorite, a lump sum equal to 10% of a person's salary + bonus added to your 401k at the end of each year [this is for any and all full time employees and is in addition to the 7% match].

Some of the great benefits that I've had across 3 different jobs.
  • on-site farmers' market
  • on-site car wash
  • on-site full service gym (with classes and personal trainers)
  • on-site continuing education classes (instructors are brought in for job-related classes)
  • concierge
  • dry-cleaning closet
  • free breakfast and lunch, cooked to order
  • health, dental, vision for free for the individual and minimal charge for a spouse
  • team-building trips to beach and ski resorts
  • 15% of salary automatically contributed to retirement accounts if you contribute at least 5%
  • bus pass or $300/month if you carpool or don't drive
  • electric car charging stations
  • zipcar membership
  • $10,000/year for tuition
  • 25 days PTO to start, accumulate up to 120 days vacation
  • telecommuting, flex time
  • discounted life and long-term disability insurance
I'm sure I've forgotten other perks. Of course, all this means that you sell your soul to the company.

Current job perks in order of things I experience every day to bigger life perks:

Coffee made fresh every morning

Complimentary breakfast foods and snacks (very stocked fridge)

Kombucha on tap

Drinking of alcohol at work is allowed (lol... I keep a bottle of wine at my desk any time someone wants to have a quick sip)

Grills outside on the deck where we can go work any time we want

Hammocks to relax on

Couches to work on

Ping pong table

100% 401k match up to 4% starting from day 1

Fixed bonus % of your salary

Unlimited PTO/ 5 sick day - and people definitely use it!

No set work schedule (no one will micromanage your time so long as you get your work done!)

Work laptop

$70/mth gym or fitness class reimbursements

Financial support for educational classes (~$2000/yr)

Working late? Expense your dinner

50% off our products

Stock options (fully vested after 4 years)

Health insurance 90% paid for

Many events in office all year long with free food and drinks

On-site gym and exercise classes 2x/week

It's a great job situation! I do wish I had a cell phone discount or movie ticket discounts but that's minor in comparison to what I have now. And there is no on-site car wash. These are perks I had before so kinda missing them but then I didn't have any of the above..!

I worked at a company that was closed every other Friday. Not only was it great having a long weekend every other week, being closed meant that I didn't have to respond to emails all day and I didn't come back to a bunch of work.

My current company has a $2,500 personal spending account each year to be used for pretty much anything!

You guys have great employee benefits. That one that sticks out the most even tho there are other great things:
I like that I can work from home.
