Best wallet for Soho Disco bag?

Hi everyone!

I received the black Gucci Soho Disco bag as a graduation gift in May. Up until now, I have been using an old/beat-up Vera Bradley wallet. I received the black Gucci Zumi grainy leather card case wallet for Christmas but decided to exchange it for the black Gucci leather zip around wallet following SA recommendation. The SA informed me that the card case wallet is used for galas and evening balls. However, I am 22 and don't attend galas.

I now don't know if I made the right choice by picking up the leather zip around wallet as I am now realizing that it may be too big for me. It takes up a lot of space in the bag. Currently, I use the LV key pouch to store all 3 of my credit cards, some cash, and I carry that with me everywhere I go. I was looking to find a wallet with 6 card slots (for gift cards), a coin compartment, and a place to store a couple of bills. I don't usually carry a lot of cash with me either.

What wallet do you carry around that fits well and looks good in a Soho Disco?

Since you already have the LV key pouch, get the LV zippy coin purse. It's a small sized wallet (perfect for camera bags) with card slots and 2 compartments, and a buttery smooth zipper. This little piece can last you a lifetime.

This way all your accessories are the same brand and they look cohesive in the bag.

This is what's in my YSL Mini Lou. I typically carry these three LV pieces in all my smaller bags.

I loooove that cherry key pouch!! It is so cute :) I will definitely check out the zippy coin purse. I fell in love with the Damier Ebene print, but it sadly won't match my key pouch as I received it as a gift in the monogram. I don't mind that one bit, though! Thank you for your recommendation! <3

I use LV victorine or Gucci Tian French flap wallet. Any smaller size wallet will do. Any of the Gucci card case wallets would be good too as they are small but you can still keep bills unfolded.

I use the LV Zoe wallet. I have the Zoe wallet in empreinte. I love it! I have been using it for over a year. I have six LV wallets and I’m stuck on the Zoe. I use it in all of my bags. I’m thinking about selling my Rosalie since I haven’t used it in over a year.

I’ve been eyeing the Zoe for quite some time. It’s good to have a small but functional wallet plus bills dont have to be folded. Good to know you like it.

I think I went with the black Gucci zip around wallet because it somewhat matches my Disco!! I have the monogram Key Pouch and would love the Damier Ebene Victorine but thinking about the mismatch makes me anxious lol

I will check this out, thank you! I am 22 and always felt like a large wallet was a "big girl wallet" but now I'm starting to feel like they're too big. I don't carry that much with me to begin with! In my purse I'll carry my phone, a wallet, LV key pouch with my credit cards, and a chapstick!

Errr, seriously? A card case wallet only for galas and evening balls? It's not a purse, it's a wallet meant to carry cards, which you don't just use when you attend galas and evening balls. Get what you like and what you like having and will get the most use out of it. I used to carry a black slim Gucci wallet for years, technically a man's wallet, but it was slim, practical, had enough card slots and a small coin department and was from gorgeous soft leather, hubby has now nicked it back! But nobody ever commented on the fact that it is a man's wallet, it was pretty unisex.

This wasn’t my best experience at the Gucci store... they threw away a card that had “Merry Christmas” written on it, which I would have liked to keep, as strange as that may be.

I have a flat card case from Coach that has a zipper pouch large enough to hold dollars (if folded in half) and coins. It has four card slots and a pocket for additional cards. It holds a ton but is very flat and light as a feather. I use it with all of my tiny bags.

Do you have a picture? Is it bigger than a mini skinny?
