Best time to shop for discounted RMs?

Hey everyone! I've had my eye on RM bags for quite some time. When is the best time to purchase a brand new RM bag for less than retail? Fall SS, BF sale or after Christmas sale? Or do the prices run about the same?
FYI I am searching for MAM, MAMM or Mini Nikki if that helps.

I would also sign up for emails from places like Shopbop, Luna Boston and Aster Alice. They will send out emails when they are having sales.

There are usually a few 25%-30% off coupons, and occasionally 40% off, so if you keep your eyes open on their promotions you can definitely snag a RM below retail.
