My friend and I have done our upper eyelid and eye bags surgeries by Dr. Choi Yeop in Korea two years ago. He only does eye surgeries in his own clinic (Choi Yeop Plastic Surgery near Sinsa station exit No.3)

I think one involves a laser and repositioning fat while the other involves repositioning and cutting out the excess undereye bags . The stitches for the latter procedure would be right underneath the lower lash line.

Hmmm are you looking for a lower bleph procedure? Or aegyo sal? or colored dark circles? or tear throughs?
I'd recommend to look for clinic/surgeon that is not necessarily specialized in lower eyelid, but for the spcific procedure. So you don't have to worry afterwards, research is time consuming, but it's key to your surgery success. I mean of course everyone expects good results
