Hi! I think the site you are looking for is the one I recommended!

laurenklein.com

Great site, great pices, great customer service!

Bride, thanks for posting this link! I had seen this site before but forgot the name. They have exactly what I've been looking for, but they don't carry my ring size, ugh!

I have not personally ordered from Lauren Klein for myself, but my future sister in law got a set of diamond stacking rings & those little guys sparkle like crazy! Also, there have been a few happy customers on Pricescope (check user "vespergirl" -- I think).

I have asked Lauren if the colored gold (ie - rose, green, etc) is solid or plated & she answered very quickly that all items are solid & not plated.
I'm also certain there is a hassle free return policy.

Regarding sizing, that is no prob -- just email & she will custom make any size. The aforementioned Pricescope user had hers made in a smaller size at no extra charge.

All in all, I think for the price, these are a good buy. I hope this helps....I tried to recall as much as I could about this company because I am thinking of ordering http://www.laurenklein.com/1r2225all.html for myself!

I like the bands at http://www.calvinsjewelry.com/http://www.calvinsjewelry.com/

The store is based in Austin, Tx. We were just there this weekend and saw these pieces while shopping for our wedding rings.

At the website, go to designers and click on calvin's collections. They range from $350 to $380 for the sapphire/diamond bands and $450 for an all diamond band. There are more expensive ones, too. The price on the website appears to be the price + sales tax if that helps any.

As for quality, we're going with calvin bands as our wedding rings, so I think they're pretty awesome. ;)

honestly thin bands don't cost that much, and with online retailers they can cut a lot of overhead out. to a certain degree its all craftsmanship etc...but since its more fashion than long term years and years of sentimental wear, i would not pay more than $400 for a thin fashiony type band.
