Anns Fabulous Finds has extremely detailed descriptions - I've purchased 2 bags from them and have found that they definitely err on the side of too much detail (some of the "flaws" they called out in the descriptions I literally never would have noticed). Their pricing is hit or miss because they allow sellers to set their price I believe, but if you're quick, sometimes there are great deals - suggest signing up for their email list, usually comes out in the morning and well-priced bags get snatched quickly.

I one up Ann's Fabulous Finds

Boutique Patina is also wonderful!

I trust FASHIONPHILE and Redeluxe for preloved purchases!
For FASHIONPHILE, you can email them regarding a specific item and they will get back to you within a week or so providing additional photos. As for Redeluxe, Georgia and her team are amazing! Any questions or concerns and they respond almost immediately. They will also provide you additional photos if you ask. I had such a great experience shopping with them!

I second this. If you call their personal shopper number and ask for descriptions they can also pull the bag and go over it with you on the phone. And they also can send you pictures right after the call so you don’t have to wait for long (in case it’s a popular item that get snatched up quickly).

Fashionphile is my favorite place to buy second hand. They partner with Neiman Marcus so they both have an incentive to make sure the bags and products on the site are authentic. I’ve purchased both Chanel bags and Hermes bags on there and have gotten them authenticated and they’ve all been real. It is much better than the RealReal who provides even less photos and are way less lax in their condition description whereas what you read on Fashionphile is too the t if not even more critical than when you see the bag.

Has anyone else had issues with Boutique Patina? I have called them twice, texted a couple of times about a Chanel bag I want to purchase (and have been searching for since 2018) with zero response. When I have gotten someone on the phone, they tell me a sales advisor will call me back but it's been a week and nothing. I guess they don't want my money?
