Hi all, I'm fairly set on the Cartier yellow gold tank Anglaise, but I was wondering where the best place to purchase is for the best discount?

I've seen previous threads dating back to 2009 suggesting that Saks offers a good price, but I'm not sure if that holds true? Can I get a discount at my Cartier boutique? I live in NJ, so should I buy the watch in NYC to avoid tax?

I've also heard that there may be a greater discount on gold pieces? Will this watch hold its value?

Thanks in advance for the help! :smile1:

I am also interested in knowing where Cartier watches have interesting prices. This year I am going to get the ronde solo watch.
I live in Europe, however in October will visit NY and could possibly buy my watch there.
Thanks for your help!

I bought mine from an authorized dealer. There is a Cartier boutique in nj so you'll still pay tax at nyc boutique.

I am new to the forum so you may not be able to private message me yet but when you can feel free to reach out. My husband is a watch specialist at a top NYC auction house and he can point you in the right direction.
