best place to buy an hermes belt in NY?

my first ever piece from this brand as I cannot get a bag at this time. 
would you recommend a place in NY? or is HK better?

i am from NY and have purchased (gifts to be shipped) from the website. Also, the stores will do phone orders for the belts and ship/messenger them to you (but you will be charged shipping)
Ooooh, are gifts nicely packaged? I'm thinking of ordering online after trying on in the store but then I'd miss out on the orange paperbag thing. Haha sorry, my French personality is getting the best of me. And to the French, packaging is everything haha!
I agree with audreyhepburn. Check out the Madison and Wall Street stores and get the belt there if you can. The combinations of colours and leathers in the website are limited. Usually the stores have a lot more to choose from especially with belt buckles.
