Best place / brand to purchase monogram necklace?

I'm sure your local jeweler could have it made in 18k. I used a local jeweler because I had to see the size, thickness, weight and styling in person. I'm not one who can 'picture' things well from a website. It was an expensive purchase and I didn't want to have a mistake by using Etsy or an online retailer. I noticed that the styling differed from jeweler to jeweler as well.
