Best LV experience!!!

So I have been a VIP at the Louis Vuitton store in Roseville ]since it opened. But service has been horrible there no SA was ever nice always so rude and you would have to wait 20 + mintues for service even when no customers were in the store. Well I went in march and had some things repaired Maryann helped me and was was nice. Well on my my birthday she emailed wishing me a happy birthday and told me she had a surprise for me and when I would be available. So I went into today and she had expresso and even bought me a cupcake so cute. Then she pulled out all the bags she knew I liked from my buying record and showed me all the new bags and jewelry omg it was so amazing. Safe to that store has redeemed it self and I have a new favorite SA!!

Some people never understand wonderful service brings more customers.
They eventually will though.
My fiance is also a VIP at LV in Toronto and Edmonton.
The manager there was so nice and helpful.
She always brings us some drinks when we arrive the store.
She also shares her haul from the US/Europe and we even joke together, just like friends.
My fiance frequently mentioned that what he bought was the service itself.

Great! I have an SA that does the same for me at the south coast plaza LV. Before I found her I hates that LV boutique and would go to the dept store ones. Also in the last year I became a VIP/VIC because I went a little nuts and bought several leather bags and now even the manager knows me when I walk in and finds my SA. Last time she dropped seeing a customer who was looking at a vernis coin purse for me which I think if I were that customer I would be pissed but I think that is what VIP means. I too was ignored or dropped by an SA back when I had not bought much from LV so I know how it feels.

Congrats you had a great experience should be like that for everyone.

Do they have the VIC room? She should show you the items there and not on the main floor. You get champagne and snacks
