I think that is a little difficult because all of our skins are different with varying levels of sensitivity.
Even different areas of skin on our face can be more or less sensitive or reactive to different skincare. The skin around my eyes are very sensitive, can get eczema on occasion. There are certain sunscreens that work for my face but just not for the skin around my eyes.
One person may be sensitive to something you are not, and vice versa, so it is difficult to recommend something.
I am allergic to certain chemical sunscreens, so I prefer physical sunscreens, but physical sunscreens may have things like mineral oil which can make other people break out.
Furthermore, people's medical history in relations to any allergies (food, pollen, contact dermatitis, detergents, fragrances, drugs, etc.) can play a role in how their skin reacts to certain products.
People with immune-related or hormone conditions may have a more severe reaction to certain things that may do nothing to others. (ie. lupus, chicken pox/shingles, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, etc.)
One thing to do is go to a dermatologist for a consult and see what he/she recommends or does not recommend for your skin type.
From personal experience (please take with a grain of salt):
If anything from what I've learned is that less is more. Not just less in the number of products, but in the amount of ingredients inside each product.
If you want to start off safe, I'd say Aveeno and Cetaphil make great clean and simple products. (I know you said Korean but I still think these products are great).
Personally (for myself), the brands that I tend to go for are Lancome and Kiehls. Some Shiseido and Tatcha products. As for Korean: IOPE is the only one that I can remember from the top of my head atm.
I really dislike anything with fragrance (no Chanel) and brands that do not work for me are: Mario Badescu, Clinique (horrible rashes even when it said very mild, for sensitive skin).
