I have bipolar skin. I'll have dry skin in the morning and then oily skin by lunch. I'm not acne prone but in the morning while applying, I get a little bit of dry skin. So I use moisturizers under my foundation. Throughout the day my foundation doesn't stay matte (this only happening in a few hour span). It doesn't look really oily, but it feels a tad bit oily.
What is the best foundation out there? I've used Chanel Creme for quite awhile and switched back to Mac. But they both have the same effect.
