Best countries to buy Hermes - in terms of price only

I can tell you for sure, NOT Thailand. I'm an American expat based in Bangkok, and I nearly cried when I saw the prices in our two (sinfully well-stocked) Hermes stores here. Thailand has a huge luxury import tax, which I think partially accounts for this.

Just wondering are you still in Thailand? I’m an expat in BKK myself and wondering if it’s worth it to buy anything in the stores here.

hermes thailand is still very expensive. i don't stay there but travel very often for work and it's definitely on the pricier side.
