Best Authorized dealer for Cartier watches for discount?

I bought one a in 2011 and got a nice discount -think 15% and I have a good friend looking to buy one - does anyone have any recos and intel on why a good discount is for a new watch nowadays.

Rich Diamonds on Bond Street is fantastic. They sell a huge range of luxury jewellery and watches, all in brand new condition. My mum bought a beautiful Love bracelet from them and it was in absolutely perfect condition. They also have a specialist watch section too with lots of great pieces to choose from the customer service is really good and they're quite willing to come down a little on prices.
