Best and worst place to buy H in Asia?

Hi ladies and gentlemen,

In your opinion, which country in Asia is the best and worst place to shop H stuff in terms of price?

So far I have observed, the worst place is Japan (it is the most expensive) but it is the well stocked (as advised by my SA in Hong Kong). The best place, I think it is Hong Kong because price is not that crazy when compared to China, Japan and Singapore.

Any other views?

According to the info I gathered from TPF, I think that Bali seems to be an IT place to get H, as there always seem to be Birkin available fairly frequently including other hard to find items (scarf, bracelet, etc...), plus the price point as mentioned by some members that it is relatively reasonable in Asian H price.........

if price, of cos Japan most expensive.
But you can get almost anything under the sun in Japan.
IMHO, Japan is the best place to buy H

The H store in Ginza, tokyo has the best stock in Asia. So it is the best place to shop if you money tree(s) are growing rapidly. Sadly, my tree is toooooooo small, so I need a place that it offers H stuff at a more reasonable price.

I would think H tokyo Ginza is the best!! The stock I have seen there is totally fabulous!!!I think getting the bag you really want is worth the price, especially straight from the H store! I would buy things from the Ginza store in a second if they were things that I think I would be unlikely to get anywhere else!!

ITA with Julide.............. H is not like other brands, in which you tend to find the same piece at almost all the stores............. With H, you will need to grab it , when you see it..........or else it will take you a long long time to find another exact same one..........

I agree with the others.

The best place to buy H in Asia is Japan because of the overwhelming stock, and the worst place to buy H is also Japan, because it's the most expensive.

IMO, Singapore also ranks quite highly on the worst places, because the inventory is almost always reserved for regulars. And sometimes there's even a waiting list for regulars for the more highly sought after items... (can you tell, I'm just not a very patient person?!)
