Belvedere 2 PM strap length

Hello everyone!! I recently purchased the Belvedere PM in black on black and I’m in love with it… except for one problem: I find the strap length quite long. When I compared it to my Cap Vert I see that it hangs much lower. Do you all know if GOYARD can add holes to the strap, or should I just take it to my local shoe repair specialist (I’m just worried about messing up the strap ) any help would be greatly appreciated! TIA

I have the same issue... I emailed Goyard (I am in London) after-sales service and they told me they cannot do it because they can't "modify their design". I have been to my local cobbler but their hole puncher is too big to create the same size holes. I am still looking for a solution. It's so annoying that I can't use the bag!
