I think Brunello Cucinelli make very comfortable belts but they have a more relaxed aesthetic. ($700 - $1100 range)
Coach makes some nice clean belts. ($200 range)
Saint Laurent is a little edgy but they have some non-logo belts. ($400 - $800 range)
And of course, the king of quiet luxury (kind of but not really, lol, a joke), Hermes, does have some non-logo belts. ($1000+)

At that price point you are usually limited to machine stitched. Ferragamo used to make a lovely reversible belt without any logo but I don’t see it on their website. Bought one before the pandemic for 275 euros in Düsseldorf. The pelletessuta woven belt from Zegna is pretty nice too but I think this year it’s more than 500 euros.Thank you so much

My first thought after reading the budget was Ferragamo as well! I think there are some no logo belts on the US site. Maybe you can get something transferred?
These also pay a little homage to the brand without being obviously logo-y.
