I ordered my first Celine belt bag in grey nano, and upon receiving it I noticed a small white spot on the leather where it's stitched (top right corner on the back). Is this normal? I reached out to customer service and all they said was that if I didn't like it, to return it and place a new order.

I have almost the
same problem. I have also ordered the same bag and there are also some quality issues (mainly with the glazing but no white spots so far). What’s wrong with their quality control? For a bag in this price range it’s really a shame
