I actually don't know how to do it,but on my camera,there is a menu option that brings up image quality,I go for the lowest,and they seem to upload fine.I will have to grill someone about re-sizing,very useful thing to know xxxx

^^What you can do if you are using windows is right click on the photo, go to open with PAINT, go to IMAGE at the top and do resize/skewer.
Resize to 50% on both horizontal and vertical and that should work. If not, do 50% again.
Takes ages, but it is good for photos that are already on your computer.
That is the long way to do it if you don't have special settings on your camera or the camera software. It works though!! May lose the quality of the photo a bit though.
