Hi, everyone! My husband bought me this gorgeous medium bag yesterday at the Orlando Saint Laurent store. I love it! Just had a question for those who have purchased the LouLou — does it come with an authenticity card? My Chanel and Prada both have them. But this bag only came with the receipt in the envelope and what looks like the tag inside. No authenticity card or care instructions. ‍♀️

Yes they forgot to give me one before & I had to go back to the store. It isn’t like Prada or Chanel where it has a serial number for the bag..it is just in a booklet that says it is guaranteed authentic & protected under a warranty for defects
