I need you advice – I’m a bead lover and I have a few bracelets with a mix of beads from pandora, ohm, troll and chamilia. I’ve been wanting a ring that I could wear my beads in for a while now. My favorite bead store has a nice silver bead ring that fits the beads horizontally. It’s a nice ring and it looks cool with the murano beads, but I’ve been wanting a ring that would fit the beads vertically, the same way that they are on the bracelets (that way I could put the more detailed beads in it).

I found 2 rings that seem really cool –

This one seems really nice and easy to replace the beads, but I don’t know how much it costs or where they sell it (it does seem that the beads sit really high on the finger).

This one seems more modern looking and it fits more than one bead at a time. It’s also not very expensive ($84 for the ring and the bar that fits the beads).

What do you think? Does anyone know of a place that sells both rings in the Columbia, SC area? Does anyone have any experience with any of them? Also, if you have a different one you could recommend that would be great.

I've never even thought about wearing the beads as a ring, I never thought it would be feasible, ya know? So, I have no idea where you'd be able to buy one in the store, or any recommendations, but of the two links, I think the first one would be more comfortable to wear. The second one, even if it can hold more than 1 bead, is very boxy, and it looks like it could be uncomfortable. Have you tried looking on Etsy to see if anyone sells something similar?

Etsy was a good idea – most of the rings there are with the bead sitting horizontally, but I did find the first one there and it’s very inexpensive ($44)

but I think I’ll order the second one since I looked again and they have more beads that fit the ring that look really nice. I love swarovski jewelry and I got my eye on this one-

I guess I can always return it if it’s not comfortable…
