My first thought would be an experience you could share with the family. I think those types of things are so precious following the lockdowns we all had to endure. So, a ballet or theatre show. If you're in a country where you can do something outdoorsy; maybe a guided cave tour or hot air balloon ride. Or you could go for a tasting menu dinner at an upscale restaurant! Anything like that to make memories together.
I second all the suggestions made by @lill_canele for material items. Anything you've had your eye on- jewellery, handbag or SLG, makeup, perfume...let them take it off your wish list for you!
If you have any hobbies, like photography or playing tennis, then they could gift you a bit of kit for it.
