Tech BB Storm and Verizon

Ok so usually I think I'm a pretty tech savvy girl but this has got me stumped so I am coming to TPF for help!! I use the backup assistant with Verizon so all my contacts are online. Is there a way to access that on the BB Storm?? I cannot find it anywhere and don't want to have to type all of my contacts in if I can help it. Thanks!!!

congrats on your storm! I just got mine too, but am w/T-mobile. I would think the BB desktop manager or if you log on to Verizon's web page would help?

I have no idea how to do that, but I do have a storm (LOVE it). I had the guy at verizon transfer all of them for me. Is that still an option? He hooked up my old phone and my new phone to a machine and in five minutes it was done!

I think I remember the SA at Verizon telling me I couldn't use the backup assistant because it isn't compatible or something with the Storm?
