Basically I just wanted to know if anyone can advise me....

just got my bays out and nearest the bag ...on both handles its flat and a little floppy.. sorry ifI am not explaining right, but the handles are stuffed to make the rigid and hard?

It feels slightly floppy on 2 handles as if nothings there.... can anyone check their bag and tell me if theres is rigid throughout the whole of both handles....?

Yes, the handles have rope inside running the length of the handle, so it should feel that way the whole way through.

The end.. Where it attaches to the bag?
Those bits aren't stuffed,do they'll get softer with use, or if they've been fold down for storage.
I cant quite visualise what you mean.

hahaha - yeah before the ends of the handles where they are still sewn though, I know, its hard to describe .... its thick all the way until a certain point just before the ends

hmm. Maybe take it into a store for them to have a look.

my newly purchased Bayswater handles, the handles itself is rigid, but it won't stand upright and will fall to 90 degrees.
