Batignolles Vertical Opinions?

I am also pretty short (less than 5 ft) and was wondering if the horizontal would look too large on me?

I like the look of the BV better but I have to go into the store to see it side by side to know which one I like better.

another bag i like is the Popincourt Haut. it's not as big as the Batignolles bags, but it can still carry a lot.

i'm 5'4" by the way.

I also prefer the BH over the BV!

I thought I preferred the BH but when I tried them on I like the way the BV looked on me and I'm short. The BH just stuck too far out on both sides when it was under my arm. I know the digging part can be a negative as far the BV is concerned, but I still vote for that one. I have finally decided to get a popincourt Haut and I'm waiting for elux' free shipping (hopefully soon).

i prefer the BV because it's bigger. i'm also thinking about getting it.

I also ended up buying both! The BV sits so nicely under the arm whereas the BH is better for carring wide things like files and magazines.
