Basket bag, wear and tear?

I carried mine all around Europe last summer with no issues. Seems very well made. 
Mine is going on its third summer, and other than two little pieces of raffia sticking out that I clipped off it still looks like new. It's a great crossbody bag for warm weather travel, lightweight and holds all my essentials. I've taken it to Greece, Spain and Morocco. When I walked into the Madrid store last week the SA noticed it right away and they also had it on display.
I have had the Small Basket bag for two years and she has held up great. Definitely not an everyday bag but I have taken her on vacations and flights (inside the dust bag which is inside my Large Le Pliage carry-on and they go under the seat).
