Bangles vs Chain Bracelets?

By bangle, I mean rigid bracelets - either circular that slip over the hand, cuffs, or hinged ones that close. By chain bracelet, I mean something flexible that closes with a clasp or toggle.

Which do you prefer and why?

I love both, but find chain bracelets a little easier to wear (less likely to bang on stuff) and I like that chain bracelets are easily sizable.

Bangles for sure. Catch on less, easy to stack and more of a statement. And I just prefer the look of them.

Prefer bangle styles as they don't flip over easily.
Have both but the little tail at the end of the soft bracelets keep hitting my laptop when I'm typing - it drives me crazy sometimes.

Bangles.

I find it a pain to put chain bracelets on one-handed. Especially if they're a more snug fit.
And I don't like dealing with the paper-clip method.

I like both but prefer bangles, both for the way they look as well as for how much easier they are to put on.

Exactly this for me too. Bangles are easier to put on and have more presence, but not as comfortable for me.

I’ll expand… I used to hate bangles. Actually I coveted how they looked on others but none ever fit me right. I’m petite and I think that they typically come in a standard size, and are round they just didn’t fit me right.
I never considered Loves until DH got me one and suffice to day, mind changed lol
When they fit right, I really like them. I love more fluid bracelets too, especially if I want to wear with watch.

I always hated bangles too. I was a chain only person. But never say never.... I bought my first 2 bangles this year and now I love both.

I have both although I prefer bangles.

Either way, I am very fussy on how easily both kinds go on and off, and how they feel, as well as how they look. I cannot deal with uncomfortable jewellery or fiddling with tiny clasps early in the morning. I guess it's a case of the right bangle or bracelet.
