Yesterday I called the Hotline (I'm in Austria) and the guy didn't know anything about these Balloon charms!!! He told me some nonsense and had no idea, was no help at all

They release in the UK online at 12 midnight on the 29th. I placed an order and both patterns have already gone out of stock!!! Madness. You would think they would have a lot more ready for the release date.
