I remember the YG/SS BB used to have a SS dial and only YG in the links. Has anyone tried the new version on? Thoughts? I have a SS Tank Francaise and want to get a TT watch (BB or Panthere) next.

I do like how the gold links go all the way around the bracelet now. They used to just be the first three links on either side.

Agree! It’s the reason I ended up going with the SS version. Traded RG for diamonds 💎😁 I like the TT a lot now, but @beesknees2 as you likely know that polished gold bezel will be a scratch magnet. Only downside.

Good point! I've never had a partially gold watch before - I do wear my Love everyday and don't mind the scratches. The other option I'm considering is the TT Panthere...my sense is that the Panthere blends in more while the BB stands out. The Panthere is more my style, which is minimalist, but I just find the BB so beautiful. I also don't love how every Instagram and TikTok girl wears a Panthere...

The ballon bleu is a true classic, especially ever since British royalty wore it. I like this upgrade far better. I might need to get this myself.

Finally got to try the new two-tone BB on! My local Cartier store only has it in 36 so I also tried on the SS in 33. Thoughts? I’m including my try-ons of the Panthere in TT (medium) and TT with diamonds (small).

I just got my first Cartier watch today! A pre-owned rose gold and SS 36mm BB with RG bezel. Unfortunately it doesn’t have the gold links all the way around - it’s just the first 3. My husband didn’t realize this when buying. Is this something Cartier could swap out?
