Balenciaga Town Strap

I just purchased a Balenciaga Town but the shoulder strap slips off my shoulder. Any advice on how to keep it from falling? Input greatly appreciated!

Try not using the weight distributor, they're too wide for my shoulders and cause my bags to slip. I just push mine down the back of the strap so it's not in the way when I carry my bag.

You just solved a mystery. I wondered why my Town and Velo straps would sometimes slip when I wasn't wearing them cross body (something I'd never really experienced before). Thanks!
