Balenciaga defect

Hello all

I took my bal out and saw these defects and it happened to 2 of my bals. One I rarely use and one I never used both from Holiday collection 2016 city rose des sable and mini city gris taupe. I never saw this happen to any other bal bag I have own.
Anyone face the same problem?

Can I claim or repair this at the shop please help
