Bal repairs after warranty expires?

    Has anyone attempted Bal-specific repairs (fixing harware, repairing rips, etc., not shortening straps) outside of the warranty window? If so, would you recommend a reputable repairer for Bal bags?

    I do understand this affects the value of the bag. Thanks all!

    Have you checked out the Balenciaga repair & maintenance board? There's some excellent rehabs & repair posts over there, if you're looking for DIY.
