Bal bag from London, is this a defect?

I just received my RH PT from london and there seems to be defect on the leather...

The first photo, bal_front is the front view of the bag and it is in perfect condition. However, the other photo, bal_back shows that the leather was not properly "glued", thus causing excess leather to be visible.

Is this consider a defect? Anyone can help to comment?? Thanks.

I'm sorry... I really don't see what the problem is? Excess leather?

If I understand, you are referring to the creasing on the two back corners of the bag?

If so, I would not consider that a defect. These bags are made carefully, but each one has it's own character. I feel like the little differences help make them special.

To me, your bag looks like it has gorgeous leather, and the crinkly corners are symmetrical. However, if you are not happy, and it is possible, you should return it for another one. These bags cost so much, you should have exactly what you want.
