I'm planning on baking in mini loaf pans. The recipe I plan to use calls for baking a loaf at 300 degree F for approximately one hour 15 minutes. Should I set the temperature and baking time different if I am baking the same recipe in 4 mini loaf pans. Any i/p is greatly valued. TIA.

When I bake in mini loaf pans, I keep the temperature the same but adjust the baking time. Usually it's about 2/3 - 1/2 the original time, but I just check it really often to be safe. So, for your recipe, I'd start checking at maybe 20 mins, and then from there you can sort of judge how often you need to check it.
