I recently returned it and it was possible to wear it crossbody very well for me. Since it said shoulder strap I wasn‘t sure but then it was longer than anticipated. Beautiful color too (mint) but too delicate and wasn‘t sturdy enough for me.

of course my own personal opinion but I would stay away from this bag. I went to see it as a real option for a small and simple day bag but it’s very thin and weak. The corners of the flap pop up and can be easily bent. Incredibly poor quality.
