In my experience my store adds very very few touch bags to their podium order. It’s an expensive bag that takes up a lot of the store’s budget that doesn’t get asked about super frequently in comparison to “regular” quota bags. I was offered a dark forest green B25 lizard touch at FSH in 2023. I think it’s not as rare there, but I do have a regular FSH SA. It was 12K plus EU. ETA: rejected bc I have a bleu orage ghw Kelly which essentially fulfills the same place in my wardrobe. If it had even been phw, I probably would have accepted.

In 2023 I only wanted black k28/k25 ghw and was offered black K25 ghw touch lizard. SA said it was the closest they had to my wish. Not sure this is true but since it was only 2k more than regular I happily took it. So much of it comes down to timing and luck. It took me 2 years to get offered one. At the end even my sa said chai is a good neutral color, so you should get it. I think it was a challenge for my previous sa to even get me this bag. I do hear people getting offers easily but it wasn’t in my case.
I received my B25 Touch Noir RGHW in Jan 2021. I added a B Touch to my wishlist in early 2020. I hope this helps you in some way and keep the faith.
