I normally have a strong preference for matte croc too. I was shown both 25 and 30 in black and vert cypress. I REALLY wanted both! I went with the 30 black. I couldnt say no.

Were you offered the one with ghw? Maybe wait for the ones with rghw or phw, or even Birkin Touch in other colors that come in shiny croc?

I paid almost 25k tax inc. So probably 2x the regular price of a Togo B25? I bought it from H boutique here in Canada. HTH
It's $18,600 for B25 and $22,400 for B30 in the US. In comparison a Togo B25 is $9,400 and a B30 is $10,900.
