Does the leather on top eventually soften up to the point of it naturally slouching down? I have to keep pushing the top down and it always comes back up! Relatively new and hasn't seen a ton of wear yet.

Does the leather on top eventually soften up to the point of it naturally slouching down? I have to keep pushing the top down and it always comes back up! Relatively new and hasn't seen a ton of wear yet.

With time and use the leather will stretch slightly and, as a result, begin to soften and slouch - the degree to which it does this depends on several variables such the nature of that specific leather on your bag, how you wear it (i.e do you fold the top down a bit to encourage it?), how you store it, the environment (i.e temperature and humidity), amount of use, etc.

Hi, got mine in Sep 2015 and now it has softened quite a bit, especially where I used to fold it down. By itself, the top does fold over and I love how it looks now.
