Wow, Chanel is ridiculous with that type of cs on repairs. Is this your experience, or is this a YouTuber you follow?
This is not my video, I don't follow this youtuber either. Just came across this video and I thought someone else might want to know about this person's experience. Also wanted to create a thread where everyone could recommend their favorite videos for all of us to enjoy/learn from!
I feel like some of the best videos are repair stories. I made one months back on my repair experience with Burberry because I couldn’t find any on their repairs. The Chanel stories are interesting, mostly horrible service.
