Bag to go with Gucci Loafers

I have 4 pairs of loafers (though none purple). I think they work with a smart-casual vibe, minimalist (apart from the shoes) or Modernist. Small mid-structured mini or N-S/E-W tote
Unless you insist on matching (and you couldn't do better than the purple suede Nouveau that were made to match, perhaps at an official outlet) you could go for a similar purple and aesthetic with the Gucci purple can be found on the metallic leather Bamboo Shopper with dark stained bamboo handles.
But I would recommend going for something completely different than purple. The shoes are so eye-catching they don't really need any competition. Any dark neutral would work.

I have balenciaga black City lv speedy mulberry bays and alexa in oak and Chanel flap

I know Gucci seems to have fallen from grace bag wise on tPF but no other brand beats a Gucci Loafer ❤️
Nothing beats a Gucci loafer! The newer style with the "kilt" (fringe) is really nice and different. Your black Disco bag would look great but also consider your oak Alexa...love tan and purple together for a more casual look.
Skyqueen do you think the Alexa would be preferable with the loafers to the oak Bayswater?
Probably the oak Bayswater. The Alexa has a lot going on (straps, etc.) and might detract from the loafers. Keep it simple and classic....................
Hmm I have Gucci loafers but I never give any deep thoughts to what is the best bag to go with it lol. I just use whichever bag that matches my brown Gucci. I think the brown is easy to match so I never have to think hard what bag to match with [emoji16]
