Bag on Housewives/Atlanta Premier?

On the series premier of Real Housewives of Atlanta, one of the women was buying a purse and was asking the sales person if she was the only one who would have it, how many they had in stock in the store, etc.

Can anyone i.d. this bag?

Its Zagliani. And its silicone. I know the lady said botox, but she was incorrect. Like most of the other mess on that show. Could they have found a more awful group of women to represent Atlanta?
