Does anyone have a bag insert they like and would recommend? I saw this

but I seem to recall there was another organizer insert one discussed frequently a few years ago that people seemed to like but I can find any reference to it. Any recs appreciated. I am looking for some type of an organizer. The Karo is too small for much beside make up and the bolide cotton pouch is too much of a travel case.
