Bag for work that fits on top of a suitcase

Hello everybody,
I travel a lot for work and usually take Suitcase and one Handbag. Usually i take my cosmetics in the handbag, also a laptop, IPad and several other things. Most of the times I use a LePliage L and the space is great. But I would like a bag that I can attach to my trolley-suitcase. Could anyone recommend a bag that works?

Tumi, Samsonite, Delsey and American Tourister all have great bags with trolley sleeves. I think Tumi Ella, Wynne Weekender and Everyday Tote are all nice looking bags, very different from each other but you know what you're looking for.

If you specifically want it to go on top of your suitcase, definitely look for something with trolley sleeves. Travelpro is another brand among many that fit that criteria. I used their Maxlite 5 Lightweight Underseat Carry-On Travel Tote and it fit under the seat in front of me. I think the plane was an A320.

ETA: sorry didn't see it had to fit a laptop. It would fit a tablet or Kindle, but not a laptop.
