Having a trendy and sturdy bag/purse can do wonders for jet-setters and empowered women (I should know).
But what's IN the bag? List your bare essentials here:
1. Mobile Phone
2. Wallet
3. Cards
4. Coin Purse/Coin Bag
5. Keys.
6. Hygiene and Makeup Kit

That's about it

1. Phone
2. Wallet (I alternate between using a card holder and a compact wallet)
3. Keys (in 6 ring key holder)

If I know I'll be out for a long time I'll add
4. Tissues/wet wipes
5. little mini pochette with lip products, perfume, headphones, panadol (random things I may need on a longer outing :P)

  1. Phone
  2. Wallet
  3. mini umbrella
  4. Makeup bag
    1. with loads of stuff such as sanitizer, lipsticks, brushes, bronzes, gloss etc
  5. envirosax bag
  6. mints

imperative in mini bag: phone, french wallet to save space, power bank, phone charger

additional when using small bag: small umbrella, hand sanitizer, tissue, card case for non essential cards, make up pouch with friction block and lipbalm

This definitely makes sense. I don't change bags too often and stick to the same one for a couple of weeks. I hate changing bags so I keep the same things in one bag whether I may need them or not. This makes my bag heavier than it's supposed to be. Lol

I forgot to add that I also throw in an umbrella in the bag 'coz I might need it. Lol
Plus: cash bag for deposits (yes, it fits in my bag lol)

When going out for casual events and to run errands, I just bring along a small bag with my wallet, cards, and phone.
Does anyone bring a taser and pepper spray with them?

I guess I'm lucky that the weather where I am is almost always dry, we get rain probably 10-20 days in a year, so I rarely have to carry an umbrella. I change my bag 1-2 times a week :P

My regular everyday contents are a wallet (one big or two little), phone, small make up pouch (lip balm/stick, travelo atomiser, toothpicks, chewing gum or mints), powder compact and brush, earphones, purse hook and a larger pouch (portable charger, tissues, dog poop bags, miscellaneous keys, pencil, hair clips, dog treats.

When I switch to a mini bag/clutch I usually take the two small wallets (flat cardholder and a coin purse), the small make up pouch and my phone.

I keep my house keys on a lanyard separate from my car fob and this I leave in the car all the time so I only ever have to carry the small fob.
