I bought a Gucci tote from Bag, Borrow or Steal and was very disappointed. The site described it as "gently carried". They don't provide details on the exact condition of the bag or pictures of the wear and so you are buying "sight unseen". The bag I bought arrived with numerous pen marks on the interior and worn corners. Certainly not anything I would ever call "gently carried"! It took me numerous emails and phone calls to resolve the situation( they offered to refund $100) The bag, brand new sold for $1345, they were selling it for $799. I would never buy from them again!
