Bag Borrow or Steal - Botkier

Have any of you had experience buying "gently used" handbags from Bag Borrow or Steal? There are amazing deals on Botkier in their online outlet right now. Some TPFers have had good experiences with BBoS, others just so-so. As many TPFers suggest, I'll call to get more info on the item I'm interested in before purchasing. If you've purchased from BBoS, I'd be interested to hear about your experience.

A few years ago I purchased a "gently used" Dooney & Burke small bucket bag from BBoS and it was in great shape! A little wear on the corners which is usual with a used bag. I still have that purse and it looks great! You should ask about their return policy.

I've purchased two bags from there outlet (the latest one is actually a Botkier) and they both were in great condition. I believe you have 30 days to return an item.
