Bad service and feedback from Coach.uk and users?

So I ordered a wallet from Coach UK. I got charged and my order was confirmed. 2 or 3 days later I got email my order is cancelled because the item is not in stock. They said they processed the payment back to me, but it will take a few days to go through.

Here I am 3 days later, and my payment still hasn't been returned. I mentioned this on the Coach forum on FB and I was kicked out because apparently I am putting the brand down. Wtf??

When will my money be returned? I can't see it on my transactions.

I just ordered another Coach item to see how it will ho, hopefully it will be better this time. I like the items, but service is horrendous.

My online order was fine. But I was expecting to receive my bag nicely packaged in a box. It arrived in the plastic bag they just get straight from the warehouse and a black, branded envelope. No box and minimal padding to protect the bag... There wasn't any damage to it, but I don't think I will be buying bags online again.

You need to click the free gift box option to get the nice packaging they should have a prompt for it though as it’s easy to miss unless you actively look for it

Oh, thanks! Because that happened to me too, just the bag itself w/ paperwork in a plastic bag.
