You can purchase a lock and keys like mentioned before then you can try goo gone to get the gum off the bottom of the speedy. You can purchase Goo Gone at Target. Test a small area where there is gum on a qtip and rub it gently. I used the Goo Gone on the side of my Brazza wallet where it looked gray and my SA said it was glue and she gently tried earasing it with a pencil eraser but I can still see it so I tried the Goo Gone on a qtip and gently rubbed it on my wallet and it came out. DH sat on gum in the movie theatre and I used Goo Gone on his jeans as well. Hope this works. Let me know if it worked.

Thanks everyone. I'd like to add that after doing some research on my bags serial number that it just turned 20 YEARS OLD last march! And for a bag that's 20 years old it's in very good shape.
